  • Meet The SEED Team

The team comprises of W-Holistic Business Solutions (W-HBS) Project Staff & School Transformation Officers (STOs). The School Transformation Officer role is a 6 months transformational leadership program that equips recent graduates with knowledge and skills to effect change in the Affordable Private Schools that we serve and the education sector at large. Our 2018 School Transformation Officers were mostly selected through our partner — ReadySetWork (RSW), an initiative of the Lagos State Ministry of Education. RSW is a strategic intervention of thirteen weeks of intensive training in work-based and entrepreneurial skills acquisition. Following resumption, the STOs go through the SEED Immersion Program, a 7-day induction program where they acquire knowledge and skills required for school transformation.
