The Lagos Economic Advisory Committee was inaugurated by His Excellency, the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode to advise solely on the economic advancement of the State. An educated environment is economically buoyant hence, the Education Sector is of high priority in the activities of the Lagos EAC and that of the Governor.

In view of this, the education sub-committee of Lagos EAC had been having series of meetings and engaging major stakeholders (including SEED) in the Education Sector with the primary objective of having a robust report for the Education sector. Sequel to this, SEED was invited to the Education Stakeholders Roundtable because of its immense contribution to the Education sector.
